Oldest Son is reading Animorphs series (on book #39). This is his response to Husband and me teasing him that he cannot read all the time.

We just ordered some books from Amazon a couple of days ago. My youngest had to have an Iron Man book and the oldest wanted some kind of a Pokemon book.
As long as they read something of interest to them; I guess it's alright? LoL
I wish they wanted to read the cute little books I saw but no-no, they claim 'those books are for babies!'
But THEY are babies LoL :)

P.S. You should snap a photo of them reading their favorite books ... they grow so fast.
Lisa, Take a look at the Animorhs series. I actually first got a few at a Garage Sale. Oldest Son really liked so (I know what you mean about not being too cutesy) I got more at Half Price Books. Now I order used copies from Amazon.com (they are cheap!)

Try the Animorphs Series. I 1st bought them at Garage Sale then Half Price Books and now used from Amazon. They are very inexpensive. Oldest is addicted! Oh yeah - definitely not babyish!
I'll check 'em out! And people say girls are difficult LoL :)
